% 28.07.2016 By these petitions the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 215/2016 under Sections 323/354/354B/452/34 IPC registered at PS BAIL APPLN. 447/2016 and 450/2016 By:AMULYA

During the pendency of the present petitions, the parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where parties have arrived at a settlement. Settlement agreement dated 31^ May, 2016 arrived at between the parties before the learned Mediator is on record. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, both the petitioners have handed over drafts bearing Nos.069478 and 507224 dated 27"" July, 2016 drawn on Indian Bank, and Bank of India, South Extension Branch respectively for an amount of ^1 lakh each in the name of Smt. Shakuntala Sharma, mother-in-law of the complainant and mother of the petitioners. Ms.
Shakuntala Sharma, who is present in Court and is identified by the learned counsel and the Investigating Officer accepts the two drafts and has signed the order sheet in acknowledgment of receipt of the payment. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. In the event of arrest the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?5,000/- each with one surety of the like amount each, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioners will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
