Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner and the Respondent have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. He seeks to rely upon the Settlement Agreement dated 06.05.2024 in this regard.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that per his instructions, a sum of Rs.2,16,331/- was handed over by the Petitioner to the Respondent. He submits that demand drafts in the amount of Rs.1,54,499/- and Rs.61,832/- were handed over to the Respondent on 29.05.2024 during the hearing of a connected matter being W.P.(C)7511/2002. He seeks to rely upon the paragraph 3 and 4 of the order dated 29.05.2024 passed in connected W.P.(C) 7511/2002 which reads as follows: "3. In terms of clause 7(f) of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, learned counsel for the petitioner handed over a Demand Draft bearing No. 027243, Canara Bank for an amount of Rs. 1,54,499/- and a Demand Draft bearing No. 28010, Canara Bank for an amount of Rs. 61,832/- to Smt. Vimla Devi, LR of the respondents before this Court. Smt. Vimla Devi has verified the particulars of the Demand Drafts to her satisfaction and stated them to be correct.

It is further submitted that since the parties have settled the matter and all the disputes among the parties have been settled, nothing is left for further adjudication in the matter and the writ petition may be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement." 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there were two separate Petitions being W.P.(C) 7511/2002 and the present Petition W.P.(C) 3390/2010 which were both settled by the Settlement Agreement dated 06.05.2024.

In view of what has been stated above, the present Petition and pending Application stands disposed of in terms of the settlement entered into between the parties.
