O R D E R

% 12.07.2016 (1) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.1929/15 under Sections 452/509/392/34 IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the respondent Nos.2 and 3 amicably.

(2) Respondents No.2 and 3, the victims are present before the Court. The Investigating Officer present in the court has identified them. I have enquired from the complainant/victims whether the matter has been settled with the petitioners amicably without fear and CRL.M.C. 912/2016

pressure. They have informed that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

(3) The petition is supported by the affidavits of the parties. Settlement/Compromise deed dated 05.11.2015 signed by the parties is on record.

The parties inform that cross-cases vide FIR Nos.155/2013 and 1898/2015 under Sections 354A/451/506 IPC and 354/392/509 IPC respectively have already settled and the said FIRs have since been quashed.

(4) Since the complainant/Respondent No.2 and 3 have voluntarily settled the dispute with the petitioners, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.1929/15 under Sections 452/509/392/34 IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. (5) The petitioners are, however, burdened with cost of `20,000/- to be deposited with Prime Minister National Relief Fund within two weeks. The Registry shall ensure the compliance of the order. (6) The petition is disposed of accordingly.
