Learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that the present Petitions have been rendered infructuous, as the services of the Respondent have already been regularized to the post of Lower Division Clerk („LDC‟) with effect from 31.08.2010. 2.

Vide the Impugned Order dated 20.12.2005, the Central Administrative Tribunal („CAT‟) had directed the Petitioners to consider the Respondent for re-appointment on ad hoc basis to the post of LDC and not to replace her with a contractual employee. 3.

In view of the fact that the services of the Respondent have since been regularized, the present Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous.
