O R D E R

% 19.01.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent has reduced its claim from Rs.1,54,77,348/- to Rs.40,77,348/- before the Arbitral Tribunal by its affidavit of evidence which is placed at page 371 of the document file.

The claims of the respondent were rejected except the claim No.3 was allowed for a sum of Rs.4,46,370/-. Although the petitioner had filed the counter-claim to the tune of Rs.28,52,000/-, however, in the award, the same was rejected. Under these circumstances, in view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the present petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 21st March, 2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent or its counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the respondent as well

as its counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will also inform the learned counsel for the respondent about the orders passed by this Court, through regd. post.
