Mr. Harpreet Singh accepts notice for the Respondents. He states that the Department has sought documents from the Petitioner. It is assured that application for refund shall be processed and orders passed thereon not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of the documents from the Petitioner. The order shall be communicated to the Petitioner not later than one week thereafter.
