This is an application seeking interim bail for a period of 1 month in FIR No. 0157/2023 registered at PS Ranhola on 12.02.2023 under Section 20(b)(ii)C of NDPS Act.

It is stated that the petitioner was granted interim bail earlier by this Court on 20.12.2024.

It is stated by Mr. Chawla, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from acute kidney problem and also has a wife to take care of who is unwell.

For the said reasons, issue notice.
