This is an application filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') [earlier Sections 439 and 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('CrPC') respectively] seeking interim bail to the applicant for a period of 30 days on account of marriage of the sister of the applicant. 2.
The applicant is an accused in FIR No. 449/2022 dated 18.05.2022 under Sections 302/120-B/34 IPC registered at PS Ranhola and has been in custody since 20.05.2022.

The marriage card of the sister of the applicant has been annexed and the same is also verified by the Investigating Officer ('IO') from the mother of the applicant.

Since the applicant is the only brother and the father of the applicant has already expired and there is no other male member in the family to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The applicant is directed to be released on bail for 1 week with effect from 22.11.2024 to 29.11.2024 in FIR No. 449/2022 dated 18.05.2022 under Sections 302/120-B/34 IPC registered at PS Ranhola on the following terms and conditions:- i.
The applicant shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court.
ii.
The applicant shall join investigation as and when called by the concerned IO, and the applicant shall appear before the concerned Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing. iii.
The applicant shall provide his mobile number to the concerned IO, which shall be kept in working condition at all times. In case of change of residential address or contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned IO as well as to the concerned Court.
iv.
The applicant shall not leave the country without permission of the concerned Court during the bail period and surrender his passport, if any, at the time of release before the concerned Court. v.
The applicant shall surrender himself on the expiry of the period of 1 week i.e. on or before 29.11.2024.
vi.
The applicant shall not directly/indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witness or tamper with the evidence.
