Mr. Sunil Malhotra, learned counsel for petitioner, at the very outset, divulges that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and, therefore, the petitioner is no longer interested in the pursuing with the present petition. He also submits that by virtue of the above said settlement, even the suit in question has been disposed of by the learned Trial Court. 2.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed in terms of the settlement between the parties.
