FAO (OS) 83/2015 & CM 2878/2015 The only grievance in this appeal is that the door of the generator sets of the appellant and the respondent cannot be opened simultaneously without banging into each other. Mr Tiku, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, states that this problem can be obviated by a very simple way by providing for a folding door. That has already been directed by the learned Single Judge and that will remove this objection altogether.
In these circumstances, we see no reason as to why the High Court should be wasting any further time on an issue such as this. The appeal is dismissed.
