The learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the captioned appeal while reserving the rights of the appellant to claim the amount towards the protection of the secured assets before the National Company Law Tribunal. The learned counsel for the appellant also submits that the amount deposited before this Court may be released to the Official Liquidator.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The amount deposited by the appellant bank with the Registry of this Court is directed to be released forthwith to the Official Liquidator.
