Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no.0822 dated 10.08.2020 registered under Section 325/452/34 IPC at PS Nihal Vihar and all the other proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Brief facts of the case are that a dispute arose between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 & 3 due to a misunderstanding involving garbage disposal, which led to a scuffle in which Sh. Saroj Paswan and his wife sustained injuries. This resulted in FIR No. 822/2020 being filed at Police Station Nihal Vihar under IPC Sections 325, Section The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

However, now the parties state that they have settled the matter before Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The terms and conditions of the recorded in the order dated 02.09.2022 are as follows:

1. It is agreed between the parties that both the accused persons Mr. Jaspal Singh and Guru Prasad Singh shall jointly pay a total sum of Rs.

1,20,000/- (Rupees one lac twenty thousand only) to the complainant & injured towards full and final settlement amount in respect of all the claims/ disputes arising out of present case.

2. It is agreed that the amount of Rs. 1,20,000/- (Rupees one lac twenty thousand only) shall be paid by way of cash/ DD in three EMIs of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) each payable on or before 15th day of every month starting from October, 2022 ending on December, 2022 3.It is agreed that on receipt/ realization of entire settlement amount, the complainant & Injured shall cooperate in disposal of present case FIR before the Ld. Appropriate Court of Law.

4. That in case of failure of respondents/ accused in making the aforesaid payments, the complainant shall be at liberty to proceed with as per law.

5. It is confirmed by the parties that by virtue of present settlement, all their disputes stand fully resolved and there is no other claim/ dispute/ litigation pending or arising out against each other.

6. That the parties have gone through the terms herein before recorded and have confirmed and verified the same to be correct and that they are going to sign it without any threat, pressure, coercion or undue influence from any quarter. Both sides undertake to abide by these terms.

Respondents state that they have settled the matter voluntarily without any fear, force or coercion. IO has identified the complainant. 5.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, FIR no.0822 dated 10.08.2020 registered under Section 325/452/34 IPC at PS Nihal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Vihar and all the other proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 6.

The present petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.
