This application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 28th October 2024, passed by this Court on account of an inadvertent omission in paragraph 6 of the said order.

Paragraph 6 of the said order directs quashing of the FIRs inadvertently omits mentioning of another FIR No.88/2018 under Section 452/506 IPC registered at P.S. Rani Bagh.

This application is allowed.

Paragraph 6 of the said order stands modified and the same shall read as under:

"6. Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR's as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 44/2018 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Rani Bagh, Delhi and FIR no. 88/2018 under Sections 452/506 IPC registered at Rani Bagh and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed."
