By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the summoning order dated 17.10.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, South-West, Dwarka Court (NI Act) in Complaint Cases bearing No. CC (NI Act) 18183 of 2023 in the context of the proceedings initiated by the respondents under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Since the aforesaid order is revisable, the petitioner is directed to approach the Sessions Court. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.

Needless to state that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and all the contentions, as may be available with the petitioner, shall remain open.
