The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying as under:- "a.

Clarify/modify the order dated 08.03.2018 to the extent of clarifications/modifications most respectfully sought in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the present application." 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that the observations made by this Court in paragraph 23 of the order passed on 08.03.2018 would amount to final adjudication of the contentions advanced by the petitioner. In this regard, it is clarified that the observations made therein are only the, prima facie, view of this Court and nothing stated in the

said order would preclude the petitioner from advancing such contentions as may be advised.
