This is an Application under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

During the pendency of the present Suit, the Parties have amicably settled the dispute and have arrived at a commercial settlement for purchasing 23 Licences of Plaintiff's software and placing the purchase order accordingly.

In view of the above, the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw this Suit. 4.

Accordingly, the present Application is allowed and the Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Application also stands disposed of. TEJAS KARIA, J AUGUST 14, 2025/ 'A'
