This order is being passed in continuation of the order dated 09.05.2025.

As already recorded in the order dated 09.05.2025, the plaintiffs have received the peaceful, vacant possession of the entire suit property i.e., A14, Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110087. And vide the said order, it was recorded that after the sale deed qua the suit property is executed and registered, the amount deposited in the registry will be released to defendant nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in equal proportion. 3.

Today, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs' states that the sale deed qua the suit property has since been executed and registered before the concerned sub-registrar. He states that defendants have to pay the plaintiff Rs. 1,68,000/- towards the arrears of house tax and the same be paid from The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Learned counsel for the defendants has also handed over a handwritten chart titled 'Chart for Disbursement', which stipulates the amounts to be released to the defendants and the plaintiff herein. The contents of the said hand-written chart are reproduced hereinbelow: - "CHART FOR DISBURSEMENT Total Consideration - Rs. 13,00,00,000/- Advance Received - Rs. 1,20,00,000/- Payment Deposited in Registry - Rs. 11,80,00,000/- Amounts as following:

1. Rajinder Verma - Rs. 2,91,33,000/-

2. Deepika Panchal - Rs. 2,91,33,000/-

3. Vikrant Verma - Rs. 2,45,99,250/-

4. Pragya Verma - Rs. 2,45,99,250/-

5. Rita Manocha, Plaintiff (Arrears) - Rs. 1,68,000/- Total - Rs. 10,76,32,500/-"

Disbursal of amounts deposited by the plaintiff 5.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs that the sale deed qua the suit property has now been executed and registered with the concerned authorities, this Court directs that the amount deposited with the registry be released to the following parties in the following manner: - Sl.

It is pertinent to note that in the order dated 09.05.2025, at paragraph no. '10', this Court had recorded the statement of the learned counsel of the defendants, that defendants have agreed to make payments to Ms. Shivani Verma, Dr. Narendra Kumar and Mr. Ashok Verma. The amounts to be paid are set out therein. Learned counsel for Mr. Ashok Verma is present and seeks a direction. In reply, learned counsel for the defendant states that defendants remain bound and will make the said payments to the aforesaid persons upon receiving remittance from the registry. 7.

The registry is directed to remit the amounts to the plaintiff and defendants expeditiously.

Disbursal of interest 8.

In addition, learned counsel for plaintiff and defendants submits that the interest which accrued on the deposit of Rs. 11.30 crores be paid to them equally 50-50. The registry is directed to accordingly remit the interest amount to plaintiff and defendant no. 1 equally. Partial refund of Court fee 9.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that since the matter has been settled amicably, 75% Court fee may be released to the plaintiff. This Court has considered this submission and in view of Section 16 and 16A of the Court Fee Act, 1870 refund of 75% Court fee is hereby ordered. With the aforesaid directions, the present suit stands disposed of, recording that the reliefs sought stands satisfied and there are no further inter-se claims between the parties.
