% 09.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the trial court to take appropriate action against the counsel on whose default the situation arose wherein the petitioners were set ex parte and also seek review of the impugned order by pointing out error to the effect that the evidence could not be recorded in the wake of order dated 03.07.2014, inasmuch as the issues were framed only on 11.01.2018, and also tender the costs which has remained unpaid and that on that basis seek appropriate relief regarding right of cross-examination.
The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
