These applications have been filed by the parties praying for withdrawal of the appeals in terms of and in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 06.05.2025 executed between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The appellant is present virtually and has been duly identified by her counsel. She affirms the execution of the Settlement Agreement and to remain bound by the same.

execution of the Settlement Agreement and to remain bound by the same. The respondent also hands over a Demand Draft dated 06.05.2025 bearing no.999773 of Axis Bank Ltd. Green Park, New Delhi of Rs.30 lac to the learned counsel for the appellant, in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the balance amount of Rs.5 lac shall be handed over to the appellant in the Court during the course of proceedings in CRL. M.C. 3403/2025, which is listed today.

Binding the parties to the Settlement Agreement, the applications are allowed and the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

The next date of hearing in these appeals, that is, 28.07.2025, stands cancelled.
