This is a petition seeking enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 08.02.2024 wherein the claims of the decree-holder have been allowed to the tune of Rs. 55,70,30,000 with interest of 12% per annum. 2.

Admittedly, the judgment-debtor has not preferred any objections against the Award dated 08.02.2024. Hence, the award has attained finality and is executable as a decree of the Court.

Since the entire awarded amount with up-to-date interest has been deposited with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court, the same along with accrued up-to-date interest shall be released in favour of the decree-holder. 4.

With these directions, the execution stands satisfied.
