This is an application filed by the appellant with a prayer that the appeal be adjourned sine die to await the orders of the NCLT in C.P. (IB)/ 68 (ND) 2022, wherein an IRP is stated to have been appointed qua the respondent-company.

Having perused the order passed by the learned NCLT on 23.07.2024, we direct that the appeal be adjourned sine die and grant liberty to both sides to seek revival thereof as and when deemed necessary. 3.
