This application has been filed by the appellant, stating that the parties have amicably settled their disputes by entering into a Settlement Agreement dated 30.10.2024, in terms whereof and in full and final settlement, the appellant has also handed over a demand draft of Rs. 7,50,000/- to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent affirms the Settlement that has been arrived at between the parties.

In view of the above, the Impugned Judgment is modified to the limited extent as recorded in the Settlement between the parties, which is marked as Ex.C-1.

The application stands disposed of.
