% 20.01.2025 The present petition has been filed for transfer of matrimonial suit bearing HMA Petition no. 2191/2023 titled as Ishwar Singh v. Veera Kaur, pending before the court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi to the court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District, Saket Court, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Village Jaitpur, Badarpur, New Delhi and therefore, it is very inconvenient for her to travel to Rohini Court, which is around 50 kms. from her residence. The petitioner also has a dependent child with her. Learned counsel for the respondent very fairly submitted that HMA Petition bearing no. 2191/2023 titled as Ishwar Singh v.

The transferor court is directed to send the entire court record to the transferee court.
