The present petition seeks transfer of the CRL. Rev. No. 80/2024 from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini District Court to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, North-West District, Rohini District Court where Crl. Appeal 65/2024 is pending. 2.
The two proceedings i.e. CRL. Rev. No. 80/2024 and Crl. Appeal 65/2024 emanate from judgment dated 11th May, 2023 and order of sentence dated 5th February, 2024 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Courts, Rohini Courts in relation to FIR No. 264/2007 registered under Sections 354, 323, 506(ii) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Mangol Puri, District North West, Delhi.

assailed by both parties. The challenge laid by the Petitioner against the said order is being adjudicated in Crl. Appeal. 65/2024. On the other hand, the Complainant has also preferred a revision petition seeking enhancement of the sentence which is registered as Crl. Revision 80/2024. 4.
Considering the fact that the aforesaid proceedings arise from the same order and FIR, it is directed that CRL. Rev. No. 80/2024 which is pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini District Court be transferred to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, North-West District, Rohini District Court where Crl. Appeal 65/2024 is pending.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge for compliance.
