The present batch of petitions has been listed on a joint mentioning by counsel for the parties as the subject matter in the present petitions stand resolved.

The aforesaid petitions challenge the blacklisting orders issued by the Respondents. Counsel for the Respondents have apprised the Court that the impugned blacklisting orders have now been withdrawn. To this effect, they have placed on record order dated 02nd December, 2024 issued by Government of India in respect of M/s Al Amal Hajj Umrah Service, the Petitioner in W.P.(C) 15029/2024. The said order reads as follows: "ORDER Whereas, on 11.10.2024, an Order was issued by the Ministry of Minority Affairs (Haj Division) vide No. HAJ-15/8/2023-SAK-MoMA blacklisting M/s Al Amal Hajj Umrah Service w.e.f. Haj 2024 for a period of 5 years besides forfeiture of Security Deposit submitted for Haj 2023. And whereas, the matter was challenged before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) no. No.

15029/2024 titled M/s Al Amal Hajj Umrah Service and other connected matters. Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.10.2024, stayed the blacklisting order till the next date of hearing with the directions to permit the HGO applicant to apply for Haj - 2025 and the security deposit as submitted for Haj-2023 be considered rolled over for Haj-2025, subject to the Petitioners paying any enhanced deposit amount, if so required.

dated 11.10.2024 blacklisting M/s Al Amal Hajj Umrah Service stands withdrawn."

It is noted that similar communications have been issued in favour of all the Petitioners and the same are taken on record. Further, the counsel for the Respondents have also shared the communication received by them to the following effect:

"Sir, With reference to WPC No. 15029/2024 titled Al Amal Hajj Umrah Service vs. UOI and 15 connected matters and WPC No. 15702/2024 titled Al Rifai Haj Umrah Service vs UoI before Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, it is informed that vide this Ministry's order dated 02.12.2024, the impugned blacklisting orders of the petitioners in aforesaid cases has been withdrawn. The same may be conveyed to the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi on the next date of hearing."

"Sir/ Madam Kindly find the above attached order pertaining to withdrawal of blacklisting order of the 17 entities for necessary action in the matter.

2. The matter is listed for today as item no. 30-46 in Court No. 8 in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi"

In light of the foregoing, it is confirmed that since the subject matter of the present petitions, i.e., the blacklisting orders stand withdrawn, Petitioners' grievance stands redressed. No further directions are required to be passed in the present petitions.

In view of the foregoing, the present petitions are disposed of, along with pending applications.
