% 24.01.2019 Pursuant to the order dated January 23, 2019, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a cheque for Rs.2.50 Lacs drawn in favour of Mr. Vinod Kumar Sharma the respondent / Workman with the following details: Bank Name:

She assures the Court, that the cheque shall be honoured on presentation. The learned counsel for the respondent / Workman states that the aforesaid shall settle all the disputes between the parties arising out of

the Award dated February 05, 2005 in I.D. No.12/02. He states, the respondent shall not be entitled to reinstatement and back wages as awarded. He also states that no further dispute subsist between the parties on any aspect, relating to his employment with the petitioner. The respondent / Workman, who is present in person also acknowledges the fact that the payment of Rs.2.50 Lacs shall settle all the disputes. He concedes in view of this settlement, the impugned Award dated February 05, 2005 in I.D. No.12/02 needs to be set aside. Ordered accordingly.
