This petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a direction to the respondents to grant the benefit of the Assured Career Progression (ACP) scheme and the Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) scheme to the petitioners and issue revised W.P.(C) 15085/2024 By:NEELAM 17:33:32

pension orders, granting the arrears of pension with interest to the petitioners.

In support of their claims, the petitioners have placed reliance on the Judgment dated 04.10.2024 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP(C) No. 11470/2022 titled Union of India & Anr. vs. Devrajan P. & Ors.

On perusal of the petition, we are of the opinion that the respondents should consider the present petition as a representation of the petitioners and decide the same taking into account the above referred Judgment of the Supreme Court, within a period of eight weeks from today.

In case the decision taken by the respondents is adverse to the petitioners, it shall be open to the petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with law.

We, however, make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners. 7.

The petition, along with pending application(s) are disposed of in above terms.
