CONT.CAS(C) 184/2018 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging noncompliance of order dated November 10, 2016 in W.P.(C) 216/2000 which order has been further clarified by this Court vide order dated November 3, 2017, whereby the directions given by the Court was for recalculating the arrears of salary and emoluments due and payable to the petitioner and release the same with interest @ 6% per annum. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent on advance notice states, a communication dated March 9, 2018 has been issued to the petitioner calling upon him to give the bank details. According to him, the same has been asked for to enable the respondent to credit the amount payable therein. He also states, on receipt

of the details from the petitioner, follow-up action shall be taken and completed within two weeks thereafter. The said statement is taken on record. On non-compliance of this order, liberty is with the petitioner to revive this contempt petition.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
