By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent - New Delhi Municipal Council ["NDMC"] to decide his representation dated 13.08.2024 [Annexure P-25 to the writ petition], by which he has sought transfer of allotment of Shop No. 57, Mohan Singh Place, New Delhi, in his favour.

Mr. Akshay Verma, learned Additional Standing Counsel for NDMC, who appears on advance notice, states that the representation will be decided within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.
Mr. Abhishek Sandillya, learned counsel for the petitioner, is apprehensive that NDMC may take coercive action against the petitioner in the meantime.
