withdraw the instant writ petition; however, she prays that in a larger public interest, she be granted the liberty to file a public interest litigation for setting out guidelines to address the rights of persons with disability appearing in various competitive examinations. 4.

Be that as it may, since the cause in the instant petition already stands redressed, therefore, the petition stands disposed of. No liberty is necessary to file PIL.
