This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking directions to the Delhi Development Authority ('DDA') to carry out demutation/cancellation/deletion of Mutation entry no. 4415 as mentioned in the Revenue records in respect of Khasra No. 775, 776, 777 and 778 in the Revenue Estate of Village Tihar 'known as Virender Nagar', amongst other reliefs.

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accept notice on behalf of their respective Respondent.

Mr. Shashi Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent/DDA, on instructions, submits that a speaking order has been prepared on the representation of the Petitioner dated 25.06.2024 and is awaiting approval of the Competent Authority. It is assured that the speaking order shall be communicated to the Petitioner expeditiously and not later than 3 weeks from today.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to take appropriate steps once the speaking order is received by the Petitioner, in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms while making it clear that this Court has neither entered into nor expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
