O R D E R
% 09.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that alleged eye witnesses have failed to identify the petitioner in TIP. There is nothing against the petitioner to indicate his complicity in the crime. Learned APP submits that petitioner had purchased i-20 car and one mobile phone from the looted amount of `50 lacs which have been recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recoveries are doubtful, inasmuch as, have been shown to have been recovered after 8 months of the incident. Petitioner is in custody for more than two years.
Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
