Petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner with the prayer to grant protection to the life and money of the Petitioner from the Respondent No. 2. 2.
It is submitted that a Complaint was lodged by the Petitioner vide DD No. 44-B dated 04.08.2017 at Police Station Preet Vihar mentioning that he has been receiving threats for last few years. He apprehending danger to life and limb of the properties and the family members. The Petitioner had filed a Complaint dated 28.08.2024.

By way of present Petition, the Petitioner is seeking protection to his life and liberty.
