The present application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhiyta, 2023 (BNSS) seeking compliance of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by this Court in the underlying petition. 2.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel states that after 10.12.2024, no sentence review Board ('SRB') meeting has taken place till date.

2.1 He states that the next SRB meeting is scheduled to be held after the conclusion of the Delhi Assembly Elections.

2.2 He states that the case of the Petitioner will be placed before the SRB at the next meeting.

He has also handed over a copy of the Status Report dated 29.01.2025 and is directed to have the same place on record.
