Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent is ready to pay Rs. 3 Lacs to the petitioner as full and final settlement. However, he submits that he may be granted liberty to pay the said amount in two installments.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they are agreeable to accept the amount of Rs. 3 Lacs as full and final settlement, towards their disputes.

According, it is directed that an amount of Rs. 1.5 Lacs shall be paid by the respondent to the petitioner as first installment on or before 30th March, 2026. The second installment of Rs. 1.5 Lacs shall be paid by the respondent to the petitioner on or before 30th April, 2026. 4.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

However, in case the aforesaid amounts are not paid by the respondent to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the present petition.
