This is an application filed on behalf of the plaintiff under Section 151 read with Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking amendment/modification of the order dated 30.03.2026. 2.

Ms. Ananya Jain, learned counsel for the plaintiff states that vide order dated 30.03.2026, this Court had permitted the return of Court Fees to the plaintiff under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. She states that the plaintiff, through the Constituted Power of Attorney, has authorized the law firm Rahul Chaudhry & Partners through Mr. Rahul Chaudhry to collect the Court Fees on its behalf. The said authroization dated 14.04.2026 is appended as Document-B to the presnt application.

Notice is accepted by Mr. Nikhil Mann, learned counsel for the defendants, who has no objection in case the application is allowed. In view of the Authorization letter dated 14.04.2026, the direction in para 12 of the Judgment dated 30.03.2026 is modified to the extent that the refund of the Court Fees in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, upon completion of all the formalities as per Rules, shall be released to and in the name of Mr. Rahul Chaudhry, learned counsel for the plaintiff. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
