The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to verify and bring on record the fact that whether Look Out Circular (LOC) against husband of the petitioner namely Sh Parmod Kumar Dhamija, holder of Passport No. X4404370 is in existence or not. 2.

Notice in this matter was issued on 26.09.2025. Mr. Amit Tiwari, learned CGSC appearing on behalf of the R-1/UOI on instructions submits that there is no LOC in existence against the husband of the petitioner namely, Sh Parmod Kumar Dhamija, as on date.
