This is an application seeking grant of interim bail filed on behalf of the applicant in case FIR No. 148/2024, under Section 304(B)/498A/34 IPC registered at P.S.Burari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the applicant expired on 29.08.2025 and the 40th day as per the religious rituals falls on 09.10.2025 and being the son of the deceased, the applicant has to perform certain religious rituals.

The interim bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by the learned Sessions Court. of death of the father of the applicant has been duly verified. 4.
Since the factum of death of the father of the applicant has already been verified, and applicant has to perform the religious rituals, on the humanitarian ground, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted interim bail till 10.10.2025, subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Duty Magistrate with the following conditions:
(a) the applicant shall not contact any of the witnesses connected with his case directly or indirectly;
(b) the applicant shall not threaten or intimidate any of the witnesses; (c) the applicant shall furnish is permanent/present residential address and his mobile phone number to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the mobile phone operational throughout the interim bail period; (d) the applicant shall surrender upon completion of the interim bail period and shall not seek extension of interim bail on any ground whatsoever.

The application accordingly stands disposed of. 6.
