By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 13/2019 dated 12.04.2019, registered at P.S. Delhi Cantt Railway Station, District Railways, New Delhi, under Sections 356/379/325 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

In view of the fact that the trial is over and the matter is now listed for final arguments on 03.03.2026, Ms. Pooja Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application at this stage.

Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, assures the Court that the prosecution will cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
