Compliance affidavit of Mr. Sai Praveen Aminigadda on behalf of defendant no.2 pursuant to the order dated 04.02.2026 has been filed and is on record.

Mr. Ankur Sangal, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff would be satisfied in case the suit is decreed in terms of the undertaking contained in paras 7, 8 and 11 of the compliance affidavit and in terms of prayer (a) to (c) of the suit. Learned counsel for the defendants have no objection to the same.

While accepting the compliance affidavit dated 17.02.2026 filed on behalf of defendant no.2 and binding defendant no.2 to the averments contained in the said affidavit more particularly paras 7, 8 and 11, the suit is decreed keeping in view the terms of the compliance affidavit and in terms of prayers (a) to (c) of the suit.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

The suit is decreed and disposed of in terms of the above directions. Since the matter has been settled without going to trial, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of Court Fee as per Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1970, upon completion of all the formalities, as per rules. 6.
The date already fixed i.e. 19.05.2026 before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) stands cancelled.
