The status report is handed over in Court and the same is taken on record.

The applicant was admitted on interim bail by order dated 19.03.2025, considering his medical condition. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the surgery of the applicant was ultimately conducted on 06.09.2025.

The report indicates that since the surgery, the applicant was put on DJ Stenting. On a complaint of blood in urine, he has been put on conservative treatment with a stent in his body. 4.

Considering the above, the interim bail of the applicant is extended for a period of two weeks on the same terms and conditions as imposed by this Court by order dated 19.03.2025. 5.

The applicant is directed to surrender on or before 24.10.2025.
