The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to demolish the illegal construction in Flat No. 81, HIG Duplexes, floor Nos. 2-3, Godavari Apartments, DDA, Alaknanda, New Delhi-110019. 2.
Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
in view of the complaints received, Flat No. 79 as well as Flat No. 81, in the area in question, have been booked. He submits that as far as Flat No. 79, is concerned, the owner/occupier has already filed an application for regularization, which is under consideration. He submits that further action shall be taken pursuant to the outcome of the said regularization application. 3.
He submits that as far as Flat No. 81 is concerned, unauthorized construction in the said flat has been booked on 15th September, 2025, and a Show Cause Notice dated 15th September, 2025, has also been issued.

This Court takes note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 - Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") that the area in question already stands de-notified, and the building activities therein are with the MCD.

Accordingly, the MCD is directed to take requisite action against the properties, in question after following the due procedure, in accordance with law.

The MCD is expected to proceed against the unauthorized construction existing in the properties in question in a time bound manner. 7.
In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Special Task Force ("STF") as constituted by the Supreme Court, in terms of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Devender Versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors., and other connected matters in W.P.(C) 1807/2018, and Fazruddin Versus DDA and Ors., in W.P.(C) 4649/2017. 8.
In case, the owner/occupier of the flats in question are aggrieved by any action taken by the MCD, their right to seek their remedies, in accordance with law, is reserved.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
