The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers:

"i. Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents I Contemnors under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for their Deliberate, malicious, willful Obstruction and Frustration of the Court Directed Repossession Proceedings by the Receiver, in violation of the Orders dated 09.04.2025 and 28.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court of D. J. (Comm.)- 02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in Case titled Clix Capital Services Private Limited vs. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ii.

Punish the Respondents/Contemnors for contempt of Court in accordance with law; and direct them to purge the contempt by forthwith cooperating with the Court-appointed Receiver and handing over possession of the Financed Hypothecated Medical Equipment without obstruction;

iii. Pass such further or other orders as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction/forum. 5.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
