% 24.02.2026 Mr. Tanishq Khurana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner has not been named in column No.11 and 12 of the chargesheet filed in the matter.
Counsel submits however, that the petitioner apprehends arrest, since the Investigating Officer ('I.O.') may file a supplementary chargesheet. Mr. Khurana submits, that the petitioner has in any case been participating in the investigation.
Counsel has also informed the court that the matter has now been settled with the complainant.
Upon being queried, Ms. Shubhi Gupta, learned APP appearing for the State, on instructions, submits, that as was represented on the last date, since the petitioner has been participating in the investigation, the I.O. has not required her custodial interrogation.

Considering the circumstances obtaining in the matter, and in order to address the petitioner's apprehension, and as also the I.O.'s requirements, the present petition is disposed-of; with a direction that, in the event the I.O. requires petitioner's custodial interrogation, he would give the petitioner a written intimation at least one week prior in that respect. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of in the above terms.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. Needless to add that, if there is any on-going investigation, the petitioner shall participate in it as and when called by the I.O. by a written notice.
