By way of instant application, the applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR bearing No. 0462/2025, registered at Police Station Welcome, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 125/324(6)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNS') and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Issue notice. Mr. Naresh Kumar Chahar, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Briefly stated, the present FIR was registered on 24.08.2025, regarding the alleged incident of firing by three boys riding on a bike, which had taken place in front of the home of the complainant. 4.

the applicant has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of the complainant. It is stated that as per FIR, no cartridge, whether live or used, was found from the alleged spot of offence. It is also stated that the present applicant, as per prosecution story, was not involved in the firing incident that allegedly took place allegedly in front of the home of the complainant. It is also stated that the applicant had joined the investigation on 17.09.2025 as directed by the learned Trial Court and had also not misused the protection so granted by the learned Trial Court: however, his bail application was later dismissed by the learned Trial Court. 5.
The learned APP for the State, on the other hand, submits that the chargesheet in the present case has been filed and the present applicant has been kept in Column no. 12. It is further stated that the I.O. does not need custodial interrogation of the applicant herein. 6.
This Court has heard arguments addressed on behalf of the applicant as well as State, and has perused the material available on record. 7.
The applicant herein was granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2025 and was directed to join investigation. Concededly, the applicant had joined investigation and as informed by the learned APP for the State, chargesheet has been filed in this case wherein the applicant has been kept in Column No. 12. In view thereof, the interim protection granted to the applicant is made absolute. Accordingly, he shall be granted bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/I.O concerned on the following terms and conditions:
i) The applicant shall remain available on mobile numbers; shared by him with the IO/SHO concerned.

ii) The applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Trial Court.
iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make an attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner.
iv) In case of change of residential address/contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned I.O/SHO.

The present bail application stands disposed of. 9.
It is, however, clarified that nothing expressed herein above shall tantamount to an expression of opinion on merits of the case. 10.
