The disputes raised by the petitioner pertain to a recruitment exercise conducted by the Delhi Police and the Staff Selection Commission, and are amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal ["the Tribunal"].

Mr. Kotla Harshavardhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to approach the Tribunal for the same relief.

However, Mr. Harshavardhan submits that the last date for applying under the recruitment notification dated 22.09.2025 is 21.10.2025, and therefore, submits that he will approach the Tribunal for W.P.(C) 15075/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. expeditious consideration of his case.

Having regard to the nature of the petitioner's grievance and the fact that her representations to the Commissioner of Police remain unanswered, Ms. Iram Majid, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, is requested, in the meanwhile, to ensure that the matter receives due consideration at the appropriate level, and that a response is communicated to the petitioner and her counsel within one week from today. In the event of any subsisting grievance thereafter, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the Tribunal.

The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master.
