% 29.10.2018 CM APPL.45298/2018 in MAC.APP. 446/2013 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of respondent No.1 seeking release of balance 20 % amount, deposited with the Registrar General of this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant/claimants has submitted that in view of order dated 25.05.2015 of this Court, the balance 20% amount of compensation lying with Registrar General of this Court be released in favour of claimants.

For the reasons stated in the application and keeping in view the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
