1. The Appellant is present in person and the counsel appearing for the Respondents confirm that a settlement was reached between the parties on 8th January 2019 at the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record. Pursuant thereto, a cheque No. 200360 dated 9th January 2019, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Vasant Kunj Branch in the sum of Rs. 35 lacs has been handed over to the Appellant and accepted by him in full and final settlement of all his claims.

2. The appeal and pending applications are disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement.
