This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for setting aside the order dated 28th January, 2017, whereby the leave to defend application filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into settlement as per which the petitioner has agreed to vacate the suit property on or before 28th January, 2019 i.e. within two years from the date of passing the eviction order on 28th January, 2017. An undertaking of the petitioner to the effect has been placed on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted in writing that he has no objection for granting the time of two years to the petitioner for vacating the shop in question situated at ground floor i.e. G-54, Aruna Nagar, Majanu Ka Tilla, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054. RC.REV. 117/2017

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall continue paying the rent and other charges at the admitted rate to the respondent/landlord during this period.

Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement and undertaking furnished by him in the Court i.e. to vacate the suit property on or before 28th January, 2019 and continue paying the rent and other charges at the admitted rate to the respondent during this period. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti, as prayed.
