The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondent to secure and produce the body of the Petitioner's daughter-in-law, Ms 'P'. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for State appears on advance notice and submits that the missing girl, Ms 'P' is appearing through video conferencing. 3.

Ms.

'P', daughter-in-law of petitioner, is present through video-conferencing. She submits that she is aged about 26 years and has studied upto 12th standard. She further submits that she is living in district Vaishali, Bihar at her own volition and does not want to go back to her husband. Her statement is taken on record.

Pursuant to such statement, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file petition before the appropriate forum.
